About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Elementary Teacher for the 2025‑2026 school year. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to fostering academic rigor, compassion, and a love of learning in young students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that build a strong foundational knowledge.
• Provide developmentally appropriate, skill‑based activities and social interaction opportunities.
• Model and encourage positive social behavior and classroom expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and academically supportive environment.
• Adhere to enhanced safety measures and school policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and leaders to implement an engaging, challenging curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• High flexibility and willingness to adapt to change.
• Ability to work a consistent five‑day‑a‑week schedule.
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong classroom management skills.
• Previous experience as an elementary teacher is preferred.
