Field Sales Executive – Motorcycle Financing

About the role

Veyndii Credit Limited is seeking energetic, self‑driven Field Sales Executives to promote its motorcycle financing solutions across Uganda. You will work directly in the community, engaging boda‑boda riders, visiting market stages and local businesses to generate leads and support customers through the loan application process.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit new customers for motorcycle financing.
• Visit boda‑boda stages, markets, trading centres and businesses to generate quality leads.
• Educate customers on financing options, requirements and repayment plans.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with boda‑boda associations, stage chairpersons and community leaders.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups until applications are completed.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and submit daily activity reports.
• Represent Veyndii Credit professionally at all times.
• Participate in marketing activations, roadshows and community outreach campaigns as assigned.

Required profile

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or higher qualification.
• Previous experience in field sales, marketing, customer acquisition or financial services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the boda‑boda industry is a plus.
• Confident motorcycle rider with a valid riding permit.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
