Fixed Term Lead Qualifier

About the role

Join DHL Express as a Fixed Term Lead Qualifier, where you will identify, screen and qualify potential customers to feed high‑quality sales opportunities to the sales team. This role combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead assessment and close collaboration with commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Review inbound and outbound sales leads and contact prospects via phone, email and other channels.
• Qualify leads against predefined criteria, schedule meetings or hand over qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Conduct introductory calls to understand customer requirements and maintain regular follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track lead status through the sales funnel.
• Generate reports on leads, conversions and pipeline activity and provide administrative support to the commercial team.
• Support marketing campaigns with customer insights and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2‑4 years experience in sales support, lead generation, telemarketing or business development.
