Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing FinTech team that builds enterprise products for investment operations. As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer you will work in a self‑organized Scrum team, collaborating with colleagues across Europe while gaining deep exposure to modern finance and software practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain new features on both front‑end and back‑end (SOA).
• Take technical ownership of feature delivery, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Drive an automation‑first approach by creating and maintaining end‑to‑end, API and integration tests.
• Perform manual exploratory testing for complex scenarios and define test strategies at the feature level.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads and teammates during analysis, refinement and development.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision‑making.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming, code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, development tools and enforce engineering best practices (XP, TDD, clean code).

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a distributed Scrum team.
• Commitment to quality, testing and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts.
• Automation testing (E2E, API, integration).
• CI/CD pipeline development.
• Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Extreme Programming (XP) practices.
