Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Technical Account Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the APAC region, responsible for being the primary technical and relationship owner for assigned customers. You will provide hands‑on technical guidance, manage implementations, and ensure successful adoption of NDI solutions across customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and coordinate troubleshooting efforts for customers.
• Support integrations with the NDI ecosystem and oversee ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and support account growth.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction through proactive support and account management.

Required profile

• Strong account management skills, including relationship building and customer advocacy.
• Hands‑on experience in technical support and troubleshooting within software, networking, or video/IP connectivity environments.
• Familiarity with sales processes and ability to work with sales teams to identify opportunities.
• Proven project management abilities, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IP video workflows and broadcast or media technology.
• Experience with AV/IT systems and related networking environments.
