About the role

The school is seeking two full‑time ESL teachers to deliver both core curriculum and extracurricular English language programs. The role involves classroom instruction, assessment design, and participation in school events and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the ESL department manager’s guidance and report directly to them.
• Record attendance, adhere to school code of conduct, and wear the prescribed uniform.
• Prepare and submit lesson plans on time, teach according to the assigned timetable, and design both paper‑based and computer‑based tests.
• Evaluate student progress, grade examinations, and provide feedback when requested.
• Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, training sessions, and school‑organized events.
• Assist with extracurricular ESL activities, support new teacher training, and observe foreign teachers for peer feedback.
• Update daily and weekly work logs in the iPortal system and help edit website content.

Required profile

• Experience teaching Cambridge or IELTS curricula.
• Relevant qualification such as BA, TESOL, TKT, or FCE.
• Clear pronunciation and good auditory skills.
• High sense of responsibility, honesty, proactivity, and a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Curriculum design for ESL programs.
• Creation of assessment materials (both digital and paper formats).
• Classroom management and student progress monitoring.
