Global Product Manager – Training Services – Motion Services Division

About the role

ABB Motion is seeking a Global Product Manager to lead the training services portfolio for Medium Voltage Drives. The role is responsible for shaping the offering from concept through launch, scaling, and eventual phase‑out, ensuring alignment with market needs and the business line strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the global training services portfolio, defining clear service definitions and ensuring scalability.
• Drive full lifecycle management of training services, including concept development, launch, scaling, and phase‑out.
• Define a training service roadmap that aligns with the Medium Voltage Drives product lifecycle and business line strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and regional teams to identify skill gaps and position training as part of integrated service solutions.
• Translate installed‑base and modernization requirements into targeted training offerings that improve execution and win rates.
• Enable field teams and customers through structured, role‑based training programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product or portfolio management, preferably within industrial or motion‑services environments.
• Strong understanding of Medium Voltage Drives and related market segments.
• Ability to work across functions and regions, influencing stakeholders to achieve business results.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop profitable growth plans.
