Graduate Management Trainee – Uganda

About the role

The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program at AB Inbev is a 12‑month rotational scheme designed to develop future leaders. Participants rotate through front‑line Sales, front‑line Supply Chain and a third business‑need rotation, gaining hands‑on experience across the brewery’s core functions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a front‑line Sales rotation, supporting customer accounts and market growth.
• Complete a front‑line Supply Chain rotation, working in logistics, production planning or brewery operations.
• Undertake a third rotation aligned with business priorities, which may include marketing, finance or digital initiatives.
• Take ownership of tasks, collaborate across functions, and solve problems with speed.
• Work in diverse settings such as field offices, breweries and distribution hubs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate professionally.
• Willingness to be fully mobile and work in various locations during the program.
• Strong drive, curiosity and ambition to become a future leader.
• Ability to work hard, collaborate and adapt quickly to new challenges.
