Graphic Design Coordinator

About the role

The Graphic Design Coordinator will create and produce a wide range of marketing materials that reflect the Marriott brand and support hotel revenue growth. Working closely with marketing managers and operational teams, you will translate concepts into visual assets for both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing managers to develop concepts that align with brand guidelines and target demographics.
• Maintain project files, archives and provide regular status updates to the marketing team.
• Execute production tasks including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation and layout.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure professional appearance and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb, stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
