Graphic Design Coordinator – Marriott Hotel

About the role

The Graphic Design Coordinator will create and produce a wide range of marketing materials that reflect the Marriott brand and help drive hotel revenue. Working closely with marketing managers and operational teams, you will translate concepts into visual assets for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design advertisements, collateral, signage, electronic brochures, presentations and flash pieces.
• Partner with marketing managers to develop concepts that align with brand guidelines and customer demographics.
• Maintain project files, archives and provide regular status updates to the marketing team.
• Execute production tasks including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation and layout.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards and professional appearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb, stand or walk for extended periods, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, professional communication skills and commitment to quality standards.
