Head of SAP/ERP Business

About the role

The Head of SAP/ERP Business will lead and grow the SAP ERP business unit, overseeing sales, presales, delivery coordination and customer success. This senior position drives strategic growth, manages partner relationships and ensures profitability of the SAP practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP ERP business division, including sales, presales, delivery coordination and customer success.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, set annual revenue targets and profitability goals.
• Act as primary liaison with SAP regional and global partner management teams, maintaining partnership status and compliance.
• Manage SAP partner programs, certifications, audits and competency requirements.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for SAP S/4HANA solutions across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, asset management, HCM and analytics.
• Lead presales activities, review technical proposals, solution architectures, commercial offers and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts and executive presentations.
• Develop SAP sales and go‑to‑market strategies, identify new business opportunities and lead marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading an SAP ERP practice or similar business unit.
• Strong commercial, technical and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise‑level customer engagements across multiple industries.
• Deep knowledge of SAP partner ecosystem, licensing and compliance requirements.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and market positioning.
