About the role
The Human Resources Assistant supports the Client Services Delivery Pillar at the United Nations Regional Service Centre Entebbe, providing transactional HR services to various UN entities and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support transactional human‑resources functions for client entities.
- Assist in processing personnel movements, related documentation, and HR data entry.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Officer (Client Relations) to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Participate in the specialized Umoja HR Partner training and maintain certification.
Required profile
- Reports to the Client Services Officer (Client Relations).
- Must complete the specialized Umoja HR Partner training course and obtain certification as a Umoja HR Partner.
