About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions for a large manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth manpower management, compliance, and employee welfare. This role supports internal customers, drives HR initiatives, and maintains a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment across all departments and categories.
• Manage employee induction, training, and development programs.
• Ensure statutory and legal compliance for the factory.
• Implement and monitor Performance Management Systems aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee salary processing, disbursement, and payroll administration.
• Administer HR policies, succession planning, and employee exit formalities.
• Drive employee welfare initiatives, engagement activities, and grievance resolution.
• Maintain healthy industrial relations and prevent IR issues.
• Liaise with local authorities and government officials as needed.
• Prepare and monitor HR budgets, manage vendor coordination, and handle visa processing and ticket arrangements for new hires.
