Insurance Agency Salesperson – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson to join its Sales and Marketing department in Central. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering the agency’s advertising and marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead follow‑up, and meeting scheduling.
• Present advertising and marketing solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and coordinate service delivery with internal teams.
• Track daily sales activities, update the company’s CRM system, and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent client relationship and account management skills.
• Confident verbal and clear written communication, with the ability to deliver engaging pitches.
• Organized, able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple opportunities, and keep accurate records.
• Knowledge of advertising, marketing, and promotion concepts and awareness of local market trends.
• Relevant sales experience, preferably within an agency or similar service environment.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
