Insurance Sales Agent

About the role

The Insurance Sales Agent will join a growing team focused on delivering insurance solutions to individuals and businesses in the Kamwokya area. You will be responsible for generating new business, matching customers with appropriate policies, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.
• Explain insurance products, assess client needs, and recommend suitable coverage.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets set by management.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders, providing after‑sales support and handling inquiries.
• Track sales activities and update client information in the company system.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn about insurance products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
