About the role
The trainee will support both e‑commerce product data management and warehouse inventory logistics, ensuring accurate product listings and smooth stock flow.
Key responsibilities
- Update, upload and maintain product listings across e‑commerce platforms.
- Organise and update detailed technical specifications for catalog items.
- Create product specification sheets for internal and external use.
- Advise customers on technical specifications that meet their requirements.
- Execute daily stock‑in and stock‑out processes to track item flow.
- Keep precise inventory records and documentation updated in database systems.
- Perform on‑demand inventory audits with pre‑approval.
- Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages and warehouse clutter.
Required profile
- Degree in IT or a related field.
- Fast learner with high technical aptitude.
- Proficient in using technology for day‑to‑day tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in an engaging environment.
