About the role

The Key Accounts Manager will lead strategic account planning and execution for our most important clients in the manufacturing and warehousing sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing long‑term partnerships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This senior‑level position requires a proven track record in managing key accounts and delivering results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase revenue and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lead negotiations for long‑term contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key client organisations.
• Act as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service and conducting regular business reviews.
• Monitor and report on account performance, providing accurate forecasts and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of client commitments.
• Stay updated on FMCG market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (minimum 5 years) in key account management within manufacturing, warehousing or FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and manage complex negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with senior client executives.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
