Logistics Staff – Warehouse & Supply Chain

About the role

The Logistics Staff member will support the day‑to‑day flow of materials, spare parts and operational supplies for a mining services contractor. This full‑time, on‑site position requires accurate handling of inventory and coordination with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage and dispatch of goods in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure continuous availability of materials, spare parts and other operational necessities.
• Record and control stock levels accurately using appropriate documentation.
• Conduct regular stock‑taking and monitor inventory levels on a periodic basis.
• Prepare administrative reports on logistics activities and inventory status.

Required profile

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse or supply‑chain functions is preferred.
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse administration processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong administrative, communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site under a roster‑based schedule.
