Manager – Digital Channels (Sales & Distribution)

About the role

The Manager – Digital Channels will lead the development and optimisation of MTN Uganda's distribution and partner ecosystem. You will create sustainable growth opportunities, expand market reach and drive revenue through effective channel strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel development strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify new routes to market, evaluate channel opportunities and design expansion initiatives.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, aggregators, agents, resellers and strategic partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, monitor partner performance and resolve escalations.
• Deliver channel revenue, subscriber acquisition and market‑share targets.
• Drive activation campaigns, sales acceleration initiatives and incentive frameworks.
• Support the commercialisation of new products and services.

Required profile

• Competent individual with experience in channel management, sales or telecom distribution.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
