Manager, Retail Sales, Global Markets

About the role

The Manager, Retail Sales, Global Markets will drive the sale and delivery of Global Markets products across an asset class. You will engage clients, identify solution opportunities and deliver tailored products and services that meet client needs while supporting a sustainable and competitive franchise.

Key responsibilities

• Engage multiple clients to understand needs, assess opportunities and deliver appropriate Global Markets solutions.
• Identify gaps in product offerings and collaborate with internal specialists to design tailored client solutions.
• Provide thought leadership to strengthen relationships, enhance client experience and grow market share.
• Sell commoditised/flow products using price competitiveness and digital channels, and package solutions for targeted segments.
• Leverage market, client and data insights to inform solution design and improve product relevance.
• Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory frameworks, promoting transparency and fair pricing.
• Analyse market, client and portfolio data to identify opportunities and resolve business challenges.
• Collaborate with trading, client experience and solutions teams to deliver integrated propositions.

Required profile

• First degree in Business, Commerce or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in client management or Global Markets roles.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leveraging networks to drive growth.
• Strong understanding of multiple financial products and ability to integrate across asset classes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence the value chain and improve client experience.
