M&E Officer

About the role
ActionAid is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to support the design, implementation and reporting of M&E activities for its programmes in Uganda. The role will ensure accurate data collection, analysis and timely reporting to measure programme performance and impact.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing M&E plans and frameworks.
- Collect, clean and analyse quantitative and qualitative programme data.
- Produce regular monitoring reports, dashboards and performance summaries for internal and donor audiences.
- Provide training and technical support to programme staff on M&E tools and methodologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in M&E within development programmes.
- Strong ability to design data collection tools and conduct rigorous data analysis.
