About the role
Yalelo Uganda is hiring a Sales Executive based in Kamwokya. The role covers creating and implementing sales strategy, identifying new markets, and carrying out market research to find new business opportunities. The position involves constant movement between locations within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement sales strategy and identify new markets
- Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities
- Create and maintain client databases and mail lists
- Identify sales opportunities in key outlets
- Generate cycle activity reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the line supervisor
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline
- At least 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong customer management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, accurate and thorough, able to work to tight deadlines and long hours when required
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
Required skills
- Computer literacy
- Competence in MS Office
