OIPA Implementation Support (Temporary)

About the role

Q-Sourcing Servtec, a manpower management firm operating across East Africa, is recruiting on behalf of its client Old Mutual Investment Group in Uganda. It is looking for an OIPA Implementation Support person for a temporary role based in Kampala. The position covers accurate data entry, validation and onboarding of member and scheme data within the Life Administration System, supporting timely system implementation through data quality, reconciliations and escalation of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, validate and upload member and scheme data accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support scheme installation and onboarding to speed up system implementation.
• Perform data cleansing, reconciliations and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and escalate data or system issues that could affect project delivery.
• Maintain and update member and scheme records.
• Support system testing and validation activities.
• Work with Operations, IT and Project teams to resolve implementation bottlenecks.
• Provide implementation progress updates and trackers.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Studies, preferably Actuarial, Statistics, Business Statistics, Quantitative Economics or Business Computing.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of insurance is an added advantage.
