About the role

Join Independent Consulting as a remote Personal Shopper and Wardrobe Organizer intern. You will help clients build functional, stylish wardrobes that match their lifestyles and budgets while gaining hands‑on experience in personal styling and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to understand client preferences and existing wardrobes.
• Research brands, trends, and price points to create personalized lookbooks and shopping lists.
• Coordinate online orders or in‑store pickups and manage returns.
• Organize digital wardrobe inventories and maintain up‑to‑date client style profiles.
• Provide follow‑up support to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interest in fashion, personal styling, and wardrobe organization.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy in virtual interactions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Current student or recent graduate in fashion, design, marketing, communications, business, or related fields (all relevant backgrounds welcome).

Required skills
