Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team of early childhood educators. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners, including those with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence educational philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Lead daily classroom operations, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Build strong, professional relationships with children, families, and staff through consistent communication.
• Implement and monitor IEPs and behavioral support plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of accidents, incidents, and behavioral escalations.
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Ability to support physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs of all children.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
• Willingness to follow all safety procedures and company policies.
