Production Veterinarian

About the role

The Company Production Veterinarian will drive continuous improvements in poultry production performance across breeder farms, hatcheries and feed mills. Reporting to the Production Group CTO, the role combines field work, technical training and cross‑functional collaboration with frequent travel to production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead roll‑out of SOPs, train and coach production teams on biosecurity, welfare and performance optimisation.
• Develop and deliver vaccination and disease monitoring training for technical staff.
• Monitor and analyse parent stock and hatchery performance metrics and report findings to CTO and country management.
• Conduct audits of breeder farms, hatcheries and feed mills, provide actionable feedback and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Communicate frontline technical insights to influence SOP revisions and support cross‑departmental alignment.

Required profile

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and local language(s).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with eagerness to learn and teach.
• Willingness to travel to different production sites.
