Required profile
- PhD in a relevant Engineering discipline
- Minimum 10–15 years of teaching, research, and academic leadership experience
- Strong record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings
- Demonstrated ability to supervise postgraduate research and mentor junior staff
- Experience in curriculum development, accreditation, or academic administration is an advantage
