Quality Analyst – Brewing Operations

About the role

The Quality Analyst ensures that beer produced at the brewery meets the highest standards of quality and safety. The role focuses on improving brewery operations, product quality, customer satisfaction, and reducing rework costs while complying with food safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to analytical sampling plans to achieve 100% coverage.
• Produce timely, accurate, reliable results and reports, and close process non‑conformances with relevant stakeholders.
• Generate statistical process control charts and advise on process deviations to maintain product consistency.
• Validate measuring systems critical to quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct sensory evaluations for in‑process and finished products, including spirits where applicable.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry or Microbiology.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in quality, safety or environmental management.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management systems.
• Solid understanding of microbiology, hygiene, brewing and packaging processes.
