Real Estate Sales Marketing Coordinator

About the role

OfficePhase is seeking a Real Estate Sales Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue across its coworking spaces, serviced offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and short‑let apartments. You will blend marketing creativity with sales expertise to attract corporate and individual clients throughout Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch marketing campaigns for office and short‑let properties.
• Manage social media channels and online property listings, creating photos, videos, and descriptions.
• Coordinate digital lead‑generation activities and monitor online reviews.
• Market and sell coworking memberships, serviced offices, meeting rooms, and short‑let apartments, meeting monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
• Respond to client inquiries, conduct property tours, negotiate terms, and convert leads into bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and build long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and service teams to ensure spaces are ready for occupancy.
• Develop partnerships with relocation firms, travel agencies, embassies, NGOs, and corporations.
• Maintain booking records, track revenue performance, and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Real‑estate expertise, including a Real Estate License where applicable.
• Proven sales track record with lead management and conversion in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑service skills with clear communication and professional handling of clients.
• Familiarity with commercial or flexible workspace markets is an advantage.
