Receptionist / Cashier

About the role

The Receptionist / Cashier will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Healing Grace Medical Center. You will manage front‑desk operations, schedule appointments, and process all payments while providing courteous, Christ‑centered service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, visitors and callers, directing them to the appropriate service point.
• Register new patients and keep existing records up‑to‑date with accurate personal details.
• Schedule appointments, manage walk‑ins and maintain an orderly queue.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and forward calls to relevant staff.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Process patient payments for consultations, treatments, tests and medication, issue receipts and record transactions.
• Handle cash securely and reconcile daily cash reports.
• Protect patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required profile

• Honest, accurate and trustworthy in handling money and patient data.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
• Commitment to the Christian values of AsOne Ministries.
