Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

Twyford International Uganda is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Supervisor to lead talent acquisition for its growing manufacturing operations in Kapeeka Industrial Park. The role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensures job descriptions are up‑to‑date, and collaborates with agencies to attract high‑quality candidates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs across all functions and levels.
• Coordinate interview panels with hiring managers and prepare recruitment reports and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain and regularly update job descriptions, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, outsourcing firms and educational institutions, evaluating vendor performance.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Support employer branding initiatives, attend career fairs and collaborate on workforce planning with department heads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or high‑volume environment.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles and work with external recruitment partners.
