About the role
The NHS Lanarkshire community nursing service is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care across the community. You will work with patients of all ages, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure safe and effective health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan and implement individualized care programmes in partnership with patients, families and carers.
- Provide skilled nursing interventions and maintain compliance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Deliver accessible, high‑quality care that respects cultural, gender and lifestyle factors.
- Coordinate with other health and social care professionals to promote integrated service delivery.
Required profile
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Full UK/EU/EEA driving licence.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Required skills
- Basic information technology proficiency.
