Remote Dental Sales Associate – Commission Based

About the role

The Remote Dental Sales Associate will prospect dental clinics and training institutions in the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area, introduce the Kairova Dental System (KDS) and close sales on a commission‑only basis.

Key responsibilities

• Identify dental clinics and training institutions using Google Search and Google Maps, verify contact details and reach decision‑makers by phone.
• Pitch KDS features (patient records, appointments, billing, X‑ray records, tooth charting, student logbooks) and answer pricing questions.
• Follow up leads, manage a simple sales pipeline and keep accurate call records.
• Provide client feedback to the team to improve the sales process.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound, consultative sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong spoken and written English; fluency in Luganda is a major advantage.
• Comfortable using Google Search, Google Maps and online directories for research.
• Self‑managed, resilient to rejection and focused on customer needs.

Required skills

• Basic digital awareness to explain software benefits in simple terms.

What we offer

• Commission of UGX 300,000 for each new client onboarded, with no cap.
• Lifetime ownership of KDS for clients (one‑time payment of UGX 1,500,000).
