About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business for the insurance agency by identifying prospects, building client relationships, and presenting tailored proposals. The role works closely with account, finance, creative and marketing teams to ensure offers match client needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with clients, conduct sales presentations and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and coordinate with finance.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align services with client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required profile

  • Strong sales and business development experience, preferably in advertising, marketing or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite in Kampala and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Competence in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
