Sales Agent – Luweero Town Residents Required

About the role

The Sales Agent will promote the agency’s insurance services, focusing on generating new business and nurturing long‑term client relationships. Candidates must reside in Luweero Town and will work on‑site at the company’s Kamwokya office in Kampala.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients in the target market.
• Present insurance products and agency services through calls, meetings and proposals.
• Generate leads, conduct sales calls, and follow up to close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign offerings with client needs.
• Track sales activities, meet defined targets and report market feedback.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Demonstrated sales ability, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Exposure to insurance or related service sectors.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, organized and able to meet targets.
• Residence in Luweero Town and willingness to work on‑site in Kampala.

Required skills
