About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our insurance agency in Kampala. The position is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on acquiring new clients, promoting our services and strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through market research and outreach.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet targets.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Deliver training sessions on our insurance products and sales processes.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven proficiency in sales and marketing strategy development and execution.
• Experience in training and facilitating sales processes.
• Able to analyse market trends and adapt tactics accordingly.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and proactive in problem‑solving.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is desirable.
