Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kampala, responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting insurance services and building long‑term relationships to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients and conduct sales calls and meetings.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Gather market feedback to refine insurance offerings.
• Support insurance services, participate in promotional events and deliver basic training or product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing strategies and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in a services‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, manage multiple client interactions and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is an advantage.
