Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will promote the agency’s insurance products, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Kampala.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, present service offerings, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Support marketing campaigns, gather market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics, report on sales activities, and contribute ideas to improve outreach and service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Kampala with good time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; prior sales or agency experience is beneficial.
