Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive revenue growth for a commercial real estate client by creating and executing marketing strategies, generating high‑quality leads, and closing leasing and sales deals. This hands‑on, target‑driven position requires a dynamic professional capable of attracting corporate tenants, investors and partners across East Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve leasing, property sales and ancillary service targets.
• Identify, qualify and pursue corporate, retail, investor, NGO and government prospects across Uganda and East Africa.
• Design and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional, events and content channels.
• Manage digital marketing channels including website, social media, Google Ads and email campaigns.
• Support tenant retention initiatives and ensure smooth handover from sales to operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates and marketing ROI analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in real estate or commercial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Uganda or East Africa.
• Experience marketing commercial properties such as offices, retail and mixed‑use developments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM and social media advertising.
• Competence with Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe Suite and property listing platforms.
