Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our insurance agency’s sales and marketing team. Based on‑site in our Central office, you will support client acquisition and help grow existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach.
• Present agency services, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into long‑term relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
• Conduct meetings and calls, respond to client requests, and provide regular progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing abilities, including relationship building, professional communication and active listening.
• Sales and negotiation experience with a focus on lead generation, closing deals and meeting targets.
• Basic understanding of advertising or marketing services and an interest in media campaign strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience or willingness to use CRM tools.
