Sales Executive – Construction & Real Estate Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business in the construction and real‑estate sectors. You will promote our Jeko Build platform, build relationships with prospects, and help clients adopt our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within construction and real‑estate markets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and conduct market research.
• Present and demonstrate Jeko Build to prospective clients, both online and onsite.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations; negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, gather feedback, and support onboarding.
• Record sales activities in the CRM, track interactions, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and emerging technology trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, or construction/real‑estate solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction industry operations and real‑estate development processes.
