Sales Executive - IT Hardware

About the role

Aircom Global Networks is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive the growth of its IT hardware portfolio across Uganda. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for networking equipment, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions match client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Represent Aircom Global at industry events and client engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B IT hardware sales, preferably within the ICT sector.
• Strong lead generation and account management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of networking, servers, data‑center solutions, and related equipment.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle multiple opportunities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Ugandan market is an advantage.
