Sales Manager – Bathroom Products (India/Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our bathroom products division, targeting the Indian and Pakistani market. Based in Kamwokya, Uganda, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Take full charge of daily sales department management, including planning, team coordination, and supervision of operations.
• Develop and implement sales plans, promotional strategies, and market expansion initiatives for bathroom products such as bathtubs, wash basins, and sanitary ware.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to optimise performance and achieve set targets.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle—from customer acquisition and negotiation to order follow‑up and after‑sales service.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maximise market share and customer repurchase rates.
• Prepare regular sales reports, summarise data, and present performance updates to senior management.
• Identify and resolve teamwork issues promptly to maintain a high‑performing sales environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the manufacturing or sanitaryware sector.
• Senior‑level professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities, capable of training and motivating staff.
• Excellent negotiation, customer relationship, and after‑sales service skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and adapt strategies quickly.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
