Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our bathroom product range, including bathtubs and wash basins. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring the full sales cycle is executed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across individual, decoration companies, and channel partners.
• Provide professional product consultation and purchasing recommendations.
• Manage the complete sales process from inquiry, quotation, negotiation, order placement to after‑sales service.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales data.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups to improve customer repurchase rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
