Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate Database

About the role

The Real Estate Database (RED) is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive enrollment of real‑estate‑related companies and advertisers onto its online platform. The role focuses on building strong relationships with businesses across Kampala, Wakiso and surrounding areas to expand the RED network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new real‑estate companies to join the RED platform.
• Attend marketing team meetings, one‑on‑one sessions and training workshops.
• Analyse client requirements and match appropriate offers to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, adopt best practices and stay updated on market trends.
• Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns when required.

Required profile

• Good health and sound mind, capable of meeting agreed monthly sales targets.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Communication, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in commission‑based sales, cold calling and telemarketing is a plus.
• Previous experience selling website or internet‑related services is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and basic Luganda.
