Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate Database

About the role

The Real Estate Database (RED) is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive enrollment of real‑estate companies and advertisers onto its online platform. You will work closely with the sales team to build relationships across Kampala, Wakiso and surrounding areas, helping clients increase their online visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new real‑estate companies to join the RED platform.
• Attend marketing team meetings, one‑on‑one sessions and training workshops.
• Analyse client requirements and match them with appropriate service offers.
• Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns when needed.

Required profile

• Good health and sound mind, able to meet agreed monthly sales targets.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Communication, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in commission‑based sales, face‑to‑face selling, cold calling and telemarketing.
• Previous experience selling website or internet‑related services is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Strong selling and communication abilities.
• Fluent English and basic Luganda, comfortable presenting to groups of 30+ people.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and working independently.
