Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate Database

About the role

The Real Estate Database (RED) is seeking a tenacious and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive enrolment of real‑estate companies and advertisers onto its online platform. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients across Kampala, Wakiso and surrounding areas, helping them increase online visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and recruit new real‑estate businesses to join the RED platform.
• Attend regular marketing team meetings, trainings and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Analyse client requirements and match them with appropriate advertising offers.
• Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns when needed.

Required profile

• Good health, sound mind and ability to meet agreed monthly sales targets.
• Strong collaboration skills to share insights with the sales team.
• Fluent English and basic Luganda; comfortable speaking to audiences of 30+ people.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and a proactive, independent work ethic.

Required skills

• Effective selling and communication abilities.
• Experience with cold‑calling, telemarketing and face‑to‑face sales.
• Background in selling website or internet‑related services is a strong plus.
