About the role
Atlas Creations is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Expert to drive business growth in the construction sector. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive and results‑driven, with a talent for turning conversations into real opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and nurture client relationships.
- Support client engagement and follow‑up activities.
- Increase brand visibility through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range UGX 700,000 – 1,200,000 per month.
- Work location in Bukoto, Uganda.
