Sales Officer – Boilers (Steam Division)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive B2B sales of industrial steam boilers within our steam division. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads, closing new business and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve B2B boiler sales targets and quotas.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on sales leads, negotiate prices and secure orders.
• Renew existing contracts and arrange delivery of services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to define solution requirements.
• Acquire new customers by winning business from competitors.
• Collect client feedback, analyse data and propose sales/marketing strategies.
• Identify improvement areas and communicate solutions to management.
• Train and mentor sales team members on technical sales processes.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of industrial steam boilers and steam generation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
• Capability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership, teamwork orientation and a passion for meeting targets.
