Sales Representative

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Representative position is based in Central and focuses on driving new business for an insurance agency. You will identify prospective clients, present agency services, and manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and telephone outreach to generate leads.
• Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demands.
• Meet defined sales targets and report progress and market feedback to management.
• Uphold professional standards and represent the agency positively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven negotiation, persuasion and closing skills in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent organization and time‑management, handling multiple leads simultaneously.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Central with a proactive, face‑to‑face client approach.
• Basic proficiency with office and CRM software.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, results‑oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Previous sales, customer service or account‑management experience is a plus, not mandatory.
• Relevant education or training in business, marketing or a related field is advantageous.
